TRIPLE THREAT She might have died on NBC, but CBS can't give her enough screen time. Here talking about Catherine Bell, who stars as Maj. Sarah (Mac) MacKenzie on "JAG." Three seasons ago, when "JAG" aired on NBC, Bell made a brief, but impressive, appearance as a Navy lieutenant who was murdered. So impressive, that series creator and executive producer Donald Bellisario cast her as the show's female lead when the series moved to CBS in January, 1997. CBS must be impressed with Bell as well. She cc hosts the network's "All-American Thanksgiving Day Parade" this morning and three days later appears in 'Cab to Canada, " the "CBS Sunday Movie."
